Initial Step

Confirm the browser you are using is supported on our site. If it is not supported, please upgrade your browser before proceeding.

Be aware, we cannot control your internet connection or have any influence over how well it works. Test your download speed to make sure that is not the issue. A good site for that is http://www.speedtest.net - they have mobile apps as well. We attempt to make the best effort possible but sometimes problems cannot be fixed, but we will try.

If you are attempting to diagnose problems on mobile devices. First check playback using a WiFi connection before testing on a cellular network.

Digitial video is a constantly evolving technology. As such, we cannot support older browsers and plugins. We test our videos against all standard browsers, according to the vendors' instructions. We maintain a list of browsers supported by SwingSurgeon.com in our FAQ. All videos on our site are tested to play on different platforms using the aforementioned browser list and had to pass a playback test before published. If your browser is older than those listed, you must upgrade your browser before we can assist with playback problems.

Are the videos not loading? Make sure you have JavaScript enabled. Please refer to the vendor of your browser as to how to enable this feature.

Are videos loading but not playing smoothly (starting and stopping)? Check your Internet speed and also consult our FAQ on buffering videos on slow connections.

Download packages not working?

  • Are you using your right mouse button to click on the link and choosing "Save As" or "Save Link As"? You must do this to download the packages.
  • The size of the downloads are very significant as these are HD videos made for DVD's therefore downloads are average 4GB in size. If completing the downloads is an issue, then the only suggestion we can offer is to purchase the upgrade to a physical DVD.
  • What is a zip file? A zip file is a compressed file that can contain many other files. In this case, it contains all the chapters of the videos, so you do not have to download them all individually. You will need a zip client to open them if your Operating System does not support zip files natively. Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista, and Mac OS all support zip files and don't require any additional software. For Windows, we recommend using 7Zip ( http://www.7-zip.org) it is a free and open source client for Windows.
